এক জমি দালালের বেত্তান্ত

আমি কোলকাতা বদ্বীপের বাসিন্দে। গোলোকের ওম বাড়ার দরুন কোলকাতা বদ্বীপের অবস্থা খুবই খারাপ। তাই সমুদ্রতল থেকে উঁচু মালভূমি এলাকায় চলে যেতে চাইছি। ক্লাইমেট ক্রাইসিস এড়াতে আর বিষহীন খাবার পেতে শুশুনিয়ায় জমি কিনতে গিয়ে নাকানিচোবানি খাচ্ছি দালালের প্রতারণায়। কিন্তু, আই এস আই থেকে অধ্যাপনার চাকরি ছেড়ে বেরোতে গিয়েও বেরোতে পারছি না প্রতারক-জমিদালালদের দৌরাত্ম্যে। এনাদের কি IPC Section 415 এবং 420-র আওতায় নিয়ে আসা যায়?

কি করা যায় বলুন তো? আমি আপনাদের পরামর্শ আর সহায়তাপ্রার্থী– ক্লাইমেট রিফিউজি হওয়ার আগে একটু আশ্রয়প্রার্থী।

নিচে যে দালালের পাল্লায় পড়েছি, তার বিস্তারিত বেত্তান্ত দিলুম।

অনুগ্রহ করে চাঁদরা, শালতোড়া, জেলা- বাঁকুড়া-তে বসবাসকারী শ্রী অলোকেনাথ মণ্ডল (সেল নং 9732547325) সম্পর্কে সচেতন থাকুন৷ এই প্রতারক অন্যায্য মুনাফার জন্য ক্রেতাকে ঠকায়। এই জমির দালাল জনৈক ‘কাজু’-র সঙ্গে ওই এলাকার জমি ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের সুষ্ঠু কাজে বাধা দিচ্ছে।  

Please be aware of Mr. Alokenath Mondal (Cell No. 9732547325), residing at Chandra (Village+P.O), Saltora (P.S.), Dist- Bankura. He is a fraudster who dupes people for money. He, a land agent, with someone named “Kaju”, is obstructing the smooth buying and selling of lands in the said area for making huge profits.

আরো দেখুন, জমি-দালালেরা জমির ভ্যালুয়েশন কিভাবে বাড়িয়ে নিয়েছে শুধু কমিশনের লোভে (আমার ছেলে আখর বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের নামে জমিটা কিনতে চেয়েছিলাম আমি)।।

এতো সব কান্ডের পর দালাল যখন জানতে পারলো আমরা মালিকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করেছি এবং জমির দাম অনেক কম, তখন শুশুনিয়ার দালালদের সিন্ডিকেট বাধ সাধলো এবং জমি বিক্রি করবে না বলে জানালো। “ঘোড়া ডিঙিয়ে ঘাস খাওয়া”র জন্য আমাদের জমি কেনা বন্ধ করে দেয় এই দালাল, অথচ স্ট্যাম্প ড্যুটি দেওয়া হয়ে গেছে। এবার টাকা উদ্ধার করতে আমাদের মাথার ঘাম পায়ে পড়ছে।

তাই বলি সাধু সাবধান। শুধু বাঁকুড়ায় নয়, পশ্চিমবঙ্গে জমি কিনতে গেলে “দালাল হইতে সাবধান”।  

সংযোজনঃ পুলিশ তথা প্রশাসনের চাপে একটু ফোঁস করাতেই শেষ অব্দি Alokenath Mondal-এর কাছ থেকে টাকার একটি অংশ উদ্ধার করা গেছে। এখন স্ট্যাম্প ড্যুটি ফেরত পাওয়ার জন্য ছোটাছুটি করতে হবে!

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you the following narrative regarding Mr. Alokenath Mondal, (Cell No. 9732547325), a de facto land agent, residing at Chandra (Village+P.O), Saltora (P.S.), Dist- Bankura, and Mr. Bholanath Maji (Cell No: 7063717162), a landowner, residing at Nutangram (Mauza No. 71), G Ghati (P.S.), Dist-Bankura. We have been deceived by these two people since they have constantly given false assurances to us.

This is to request you to kindly look into the matter according to your convenience. It is a matter of regret that this collusion of de facto land agents is reigning all over the Bankura district (as far as my knowledge goes). This sheer darkness of the shadow economy, or otherwise, the black (racism unintended) market should be ended by the kind intervention of the administration, in which we have reposed our complete faith. At the present, we have to face too many hazards for recovering our advance payment and stamp duty charges.
